Purelink HDMI / DVI Extenders Passive HDMI and DVI cables can only transmit the 1080p signals up to a distance of 15 metres. Beyond this point the signal loss is too significant and the result is a snowy screen, image disruptions, or completely blank screens. PureLink® extenders have an integrated signal amplifier and increase the possible cable length between the playback device and video source with complete HDTV resolution of 1920x1080 to a distance of up to 35 m. |

OBC II / HDX II The OBC II and HDX II are the next generation of the succesful OBC and HDX product series. In order to simplify installation, the DDC signal is sent over fiber optic cable and not, as it’s predecessor over CAT.5 copper cable. The new models have another unique feature: instead of an actual DDC connection, the OBC II and HDX II automatically recognizes the EDID data and save these in the internal EEPROM memory of the transmitter. This is completely automated from the moment the cable is connected to the display. |
